• 3+ years of professional culinary experience, preferably in pizza or Italian cuisine
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Food Handler Certification required; ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
• Passion for quality, consistency, and delivering outstanding customer experiences

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. You'll manage staff scheduling, inventory, vendor relationships, and uphold the exceptional standards Pequod's Pizza is known for.

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a customer-facing role

Be the welcoming face of Pequod's Pizza. You'll greet guests, take orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure every table has a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person
• Friendly, energetic personality with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain an Illinois Food Handler Card

Deliver Pequod's legendary deep dish pizzas hot and fresh to our customers' doors. You'll represent our brand on the road and be a key part of delivering satisfaction with every order.

• Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years)
• Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration
• Familiarity with the Morton Grove and surrounding areas
• Positive attitude and commitment to on-time, courteous delivery
